The owner and founder of Mie Dorée, Élodie Alvarez, is committed to making fresh, tasty products every day, with a focus on French craftsmanship.
At Mie Dorée, we’re passionate about perpetuating the traditional know-how of French artisan bakeries. Every day, our breads, viennoiseries and pastries are handmade on site, using carefully selected, quality Quebec ingredients.
